* If your input data is represented in  OBO format, you can use the obo2rdf.pl script provided by  ONTO-PERL

* I (Erick) will soon commit some tool files (to the  3rd party Galaxy contributions) that could enable the transformation of OBO formatted files to RDF (as well as OWL) from within  Galaxy.
