* If your input data is represented in  OBO format, you can use the obo2rdf.pl script provided by  ONTO-PERL

* I (Erick) have just committed some tool files (to the  3rd party Galaxy contributions) that could enable the transformation of OBO formatted files to RDF (as well as OWL) from within  Galaxy, see  ONTO-ToolKit
